Blood Dreams Bishop/Special Crimes Unit Blood Trilogy Kay Hooper Books

Always a fan of Hooper's special crimes books and some of her more "supernatural" themed books.I don't really care for the romance novels she writes - cause all cheesy romances are all cheesy romances in my personal opinion - but her FBI crimes/Bishop series are pretty entertaining. I like some of the older mysteries she has also, like Finding Laura, After Caroline, and Haunting Rachel.

Blood Dreams Bishop/Special Crimes Unit Blood Trilogy Kay Hooper Books Reviews

Blood Dreams has a lot of twists and turns but kept me reading trying to figure out what was going to happen next. I really liked the new characters Dani, Paris, Mark, Gabriel and Roxanne. I hope to find out more about Mark and Dani's relationship and what else is in store for them. Bishop/Special Crimes Unit novels never disappoint me and I can't wait to read the next one.
Everytime this author gets better & better. I got so involved with her stories, that I don't want to stop reading, even loosing sleep, so I can continue reading. I feel sometimes that I'm part of the plot. That, for me is a goog, no an excellent writer. Highly recommended, all her books.
If you like the bishop novels keep reading this one because it's good. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did
This author has a series that is very confusing. She has a series based on the character Bishop who is a psychic and who works for the FBI, while he is in all the books, he's not the main character in all of them. Here's where the confusing part comes in. In the series she has grouped them together in threes--The Shadows Trilogy, The Evil Trilogy, The Fear Trilogy, and The Blood Trilogy. This is the tenth book in the whole series and the first book in the Blood Trilogy. You don't have to read the whole series in order if you don't want to, but I would because it explains things better that way.I also want to strongly suggest that you do read the last book of the Fear series before starting the Blood trilogy, and I have a strong feeling that you are going to need to read these in order.

I know this because the storyline for the first time is carried over from book to book instead of being resolved at the end of the books. I loved this story because it has all kinds of interesting twists. The paranormal, a touch of romance, and a serial killer who just might be psychic. I loved Dani and Marc together. I liked that there was past history and hurt feelings because it not only added to the story it also brought them closer to each other so that they were able to trust each other when they needed to! I'm glad that he was able to push her into a state of mind that allowed her sister to help her by giving her some great advice when she needed it. I also liked to learn that John and Maggie were able to set up a company of psychics like they talked about in their book. Bishop also was a major part of this story which was new and fun, and it was interesting to see Galen again. I would love to read his story! Again I would love to see Hollis have her own story!! I am warning you that I wasn't able to put this one down, not even to sleep because I just had to know what was going to come next. I didn't see the ending coming at all! I loved this book and think that her series is only getting better!
Great read. Always enjoy A Bishop/SCH series. Kay Hooper keeps her books interesting and moving. You don't get bored. Each book brings a new story to captivate the audience.
I loved the book. the Bishop/SCU series is a great read. I love that the paranormal is interlaced with real life FBI procedurals and all the problems that can go along with that!
I'm a big fan of the special unit series, and I absolutely loved this one. I've read so many mystery books, I usually anticipate endings with ease. But I didn't figure this one out. You're kept guessing without getting annoyed or aggravated. I also learned some very interesting things about the occult. I don't ready many books twice, but I will be reading this one again.
